Sales Negotiator
We spend a small fortune every year on generating opportunities: your role will be to convert those opportunities into sales. Under the close supervision of your manager you will be trained to deal with Vendors and Purchasers and sell properties from our portfolio.
You will need to see the majority of the characteristics stated below in yourself:
Personable, well dressed, pleasant manner, honest, shrewd, ambitious, sensible, hard working, enjoy dealing with people, loyal, a nose for a deal, tenacious, a tough negotiator, dislike being desk bound, driven, energetic, always positive, diplomatic, tough, charming, have the need to progress and develop a career, want the best for yourself, do not settle for second best.
Experience is not a pre-requisite, as full training will be given. A sales background, however, would be an asset. Applicants must be based in or live within easy driving distance of London.
Job Status: Permanent, Full Time, including some weekends
Must possess full Driving Licence
