Manager
For this to happen I ensure my sales team are all fully informed about what is happening in the office and motivated to encourage viewings and offers on the properties we have available.
I keep in constant touch with clients to ensure they receive feedback after each viewing, so they can judge the interest being shown in their home, and advise them on questions or offers received. I spend time coaching and practicing with my team so that our skills are finely honed. I also ensure the office always looks its best; that we appear regularly in relevant magazine advertising; that all our properties are correctly shown on the many websites we appear on and all administrative matters are dealt with efficiently.
My role becomes really interesting when multiple offers are received on a property, I coordinate the interest and negotiate with each of the buyers to achieve the best result for my client, which may involve arranging a closing date for best offers. No two days are the same and the current expansion of the company motivates me to grow my local market share still further. It is my responsibility to drive this office forward and keep my team fully motivated.
Sales Broker
I am part of an experienced and skilled sales team which I find both exciting and thoroughly enjoyable, especially as no two days are ever the same.
I am involved with all aspects of selling a property including meeting prospective clients to advise on the most appropriate asking price and to agree a tailored marketing strategy; assisting in the marketing of the property, which includes choosing where it should be advertised in order to target the most desirable potential buyers; speaking to and meeting potential buyers to discuss what they're looking for and suggesting appropriate properties and taking them to view those that match their requirements.
I then negotiate with buyers to achieve the best sale price for my client. At all times I make sure our clients are kept up to date on market conditions and any trends we have identified so when they come to make a decision it is well informed. Faron Sutaria is currently expanding across London and there are plenty of opportunities for negotiators to build a solid career with real prospects.
Lettings Broker
My day to day tasks involve liaising with landlords and investors to ensure that their properties are successfully marketed in order to ensure that the best possible tenants can be found. This involves everything from pricing properties to creating and designing suitable brochures to assisting and advising project managers in renovations. I particularly enjoy building relationships with our clients in order to provide them with a long term service year on year.
Our work environment is incredible dynamic and we work with people from all over the world on a day to day basis, including tenants who are relocating to London and investment landlords who have chosen London as a rewarding location.
The team here in Fulham work very closely together which is incredibly enjoyable and we benefit from the competitive nature of the business whilst maintaining a great team spirit.
Faron Sutaria has provided me with a fantastic opportunity to build my career. After joining the South Kensington Faron Sutaria team in September 2010 as a Lettings Negotiator, I was quickly promoted to Assistant Manager of Earls Court with the task of building the letting team in this increasingly popular area. Following on from my time in Earls Court I was promoted to the brand new Fulham office as head of the growing lettings team.
Administration
Senior Office Administrator
I have been working for Faron Sutaria for 12 very enjoyable years. My role is to provide general administrational support to the office manager and sales brokers as well as being a liaison with the finance and marketing departments. I also assist in training new administrators in our other offices. My work is challenging and includes many ad hoc tasks which I thoroughly enjoy; this means I deal with different responsibilities and learn new skills everyday, even after so many years.
I support a team of 5 in my office and key responsibilities include making sure the office is run smoothly, diary management and dealing with clients on a daily basis. I handle the compilation of our advertising and local marketing, making sure all deadlines are met. I handle all incoming and outgoing mail, ensure stationery supplies are always available, provide help with collating sales and marketing materials for use in customer information packs, price information (including quotations), and product orders for mock ups. I handle order processing, credit card payments and invoicing. I deal with clients and the public on the telephone, by e-mail and face to face in the offices answering queries, assisting with viewing arrangements and general local area information. I also maintain our customer database and feedback log.
There is a good crowd of people in Faron Sutaria and we often meet, either at a company-arranged event or just socially.
